About the Role
You will be responsible for
- Ability to define and execute a multi-year roadmap, translating business risk, regulatory requirements, and technical challenges into scalable engineering solutions.
- Establish a forward-looking capability across vulnerability management, incident response, threat intelligence, and research.
- An ambition to constantly learn new skills and develop knowledge, with a specific focus on monitoring developments in frontier AI cyber capabilities
- Attention to detail and great communication skills.
- Identify emerging threats, proactively building a fluid roadmap to protect TMUK
- Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against threats by keeping in mind that the systems must be secure by design.
- Define success metrics, using data to inform risk management strategy
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams, while influencing senior stakeholders and driving adoption across engineering and business units
- Keen to cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation and bringing industry standards to everything we do.
- Should be passionate about improving ways of working and best practices by understanding the customer.
You will need
- Project management experience, at an agile organization.
- Proven record of integrating security features in the software development life cycle, integrating security by design & default in a complex environment.
- Have awareness and understanding of current cyber security threats, actors and their techniques.
- Implemented AI agents, either internally or customer facing.
- Experience implementing engineering solutions that meet internal control frameworks and regulatory expectations.
- Experience with security tooling & solutions e.g. SIEM, SOAR, EDR, vulnerability scanning, threat intelligence platforms.
- Knowledge of relevant security & AI governance frameworks and regulations, such as Mitre ATT&CK, NIST, TSA.
- Any relevant study or certifications, either formal or self-learning.

- Annual bonus scheme of up to 20% of base salary
