Finnebrogue is a leading UK-based food producer within the global Sofina Foods Group. We look at what is wrong with food to figure out how to make it the best it can be. Operating from four facilities in Downpatrick, Northern Ireland, Finnebrogue supplies major supermarkets with own-label bacon, sausages, burgers, and vegetarian products, as well as its pioneering Naked range made without nitrites.

The Role
Working at our Bacon Site as a Charge Hand the job role will vary from preparing, making and packing quality meat products with additional responsibility for assisting the supervisor to complete food safety and quality checks.
Hours of Work
- Nightshift: 6pm to 6am 5 out of 7 Nights
- Dayshift: 6am to 6pm 5 out of 7 Days
What It Takes
- Previous experience within a food production environment.
- All candidates should demonstrate core values at all times and have an understanding of and commitment to the Equality and Diversity Policy and ability to promote this day to day.
- Ability to work as part of a team with self-motivation and initiative.
- Good communication skills.
- Proven high level of manual dexterity and speed which will be monitored throughout your employment.
