Your Role

As a Charge Nurse (Sister), you'll play a vital leadership role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care by:

  • Leading and supporting the nursing team to deliver exceptional, evidence-based care.
  • Acting as a role model, promoting best practice and clinical excellence.
  • Supporting residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding person-centred care.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, dignity, and confidentiality.
  • Ensuring compliance with the NMC Code, CQC standards, infection prevention policies, and Fairlie Healthcare procedures.
  • Creating a positive, supportive environment where both residents and colleagues can thrive.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a compassionate clinical leader who has:

  • Active NMC Registration (RN1)
  • A thorough understanding of the NMC Code of Professional Conduct
  • Excellent medication management skills
  • Strong leadership and organisational abilities
  • The ability to prioritise and manage a busy clinical environment
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional resident care
