Triphase Energy is scaling up to meet UK and international demand for overhead transmission line work, driven in part by the National Grid's Great Grid Upgrade. We're looking for Chargehands and LE1 linesmen to join our gangs and help deliver this work safely and to a high standard.

The Role
As a Chargehand or LE1, you'll work as part of a small overhead line team delivering transmission line projects (132kV–400kV).
Responsibilities
- Carry out overhead line work as part of a team
- Follow safety procedures including manual handling and rescue protocols
- Work at height, including climbing towers as required
- Maintain the standard of work expected on National Grid projects
Qualifications needed
- National Grid Authorised Person certification
- Manual Handling
- Tower Rescue
- Advanced Climber
- Previous experience working on 132kV–400kV overhead lines

Perfect Candidate
An experienced Chargehand or LE1 who is hard-working and enjoys working as part of a small, good gang every day. Someone reliable who fits well into a close team.
Desirable (not essential)
- All telehandler tickets
- Experienced in towing
- Full UK driving licence and own car to get to and from work
Salary, Location & Benefits
- Pay: Very competitive - self-employed, CIS-registered
- Location: UK-based (with international opportunities)
- Employment status: Self-employed, CIS registered
