Are you highly organised, collaborative and motivated by work that supports people and communities? LHCPG is looking for a Charities Liaison Coordinator to support our partner charities, Lifting Lives and Lintel Trust.
This is a varied role where you will help keep charity operations running smoothly, supporting governance, grant administration, reporting, events and stakeholder engagement.
About the Role
As Charities Liaison Coordinator, you will provide practical administrative and coordination support across both charities. This could include helping prepare trustee meeting papers, supporting grant processes, maintaining accurate records and helping colleagues capture the impact of charity activity.
You will also be a key point of contact for charity-related enquiries and support the coordination of communications, events, fundraising activity and community benefit programmes.
This part-time role is home-based and works 20 hours per week, with occasional travel for board meetings. We would ideally welcome applicants based within an hour’s commute of Livingston, although candidates within a similar distance of Uxbridge will also be considered.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support trustee and committee meetings, including agendas, papers, minutes and action tracking
- Coordinate Small Grants Fund processes, including applications, monitoring, reporting and grant documentation
- Maintain accurate charity, applicant and programme records
- Support impact reporting by working with Social Value Advisors and other colleagues
- Respond to charity-related enquiries and signpost applicants and stakeholders where needed
- Support charity communications, events, fundraising activity and community benefit programmes

About You
We’re looking for someone who is organised, detail-focused and comfortable working with a range of people. You may have built your experience in a charity, fundraising, administration, governance, project coordination or similar role. What matters most is your ability to manage a varied workload, keep accurate records, communicate clearly and support colleagues and stakeholders with care and confidence.
You do not need to meet every possible area of experience to apply. If you enjoy bringing structure to busy processes, are confident using IT systems and want to contribute to work that creates social value, we’d welcome your application.

Key Dates:
