About The Role

Our client, a prominent charity organization in Aberdeen, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Charity Project Manager to lead key initiatives. This role is crucial for driving forward our client's mission and ensuring the successful delivery of impactful projects within the community. You will be instrumental in planning, executing, and evaluating projects that align with the organization's strategic goals, working closely with diverse stakeholders including beneficiaries, volunteers, and funding bodies. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to make a tangible difference and contribute to the positive social impact of a respected charity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for charitable projects.
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring that all milestones are met and objectives are achieved efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial accountability and compliance with grant requirements.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and community stakeholders to foster strong working relationships.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Prepare regular project reports for senior management and funding bodies, detailing progress, challenges, and achievements.
