We are seeking a Charity Secretary

We are seeking a Charity Secretary to join our charity as we launch our new strategy, working with University students to deliver a 'near peer' model of Relationship and Sex Education (RSE) training.

What difference will you make?

This is a pivotal moment to join our Charity as we seek to build on and improve our governance and compliance arrangements.

As the Charity Secretary you will bring your knowledge and expertise to the organisation, ensuring meetings run smoothly, records are maintained accurately, and governance standards meet Charity Commission and OSCR expectations.

Working closely with the Chair and Board of Trustees you will be a champion for high-quality governance, ensuring the Charity functions effectively to support its strategic goals.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who enjoys all aspects of governance and has an eye for detail, with the following skills and experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
