Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chartered or Certified Accountant (Qualified or Part Qualified) based in Stratford. The role involves:
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements
- Managing general ledger entries
- Ensuring accurate bookkeeping for a range of clients
- Handling tax computations and filings
- Supporting statutory and regulatory reporting
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Reconciling accounts
- Monitoring cash flow
- Supporting audits
- Advising on financial controls and compliance
The role also requires close collaboration with legal and immigration teams to provide coordinated, client-focused financial support.

Qualifications
- MUST BE VIETNAMESE SPEAKER.
- Professional accounting qualification (Chartered or Certified, Qualified or Part Qualified) and strong grounding in financial accounting and reporting standards.
- Experience in bookkeeping, general ledger management, account reconciliation, and preparation of management and statutory accounts.
- Knowledge of tax regulations, tax planning, and preparation of corporate and personal tax returns.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, QuickBooks) and strong Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
- Ability to interpret financial data, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide clear, data-driven recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple client files and deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information to non-specialist stakeholders.
- Experience working in professional services, law firm, or multi-disciplinary practice environments is an advantage.
- Understanding of UK financial regulations and compliance requirements; familiarity with immigration or legal contexts is beneficial.
- Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and high-quality client service.
