We're looking for an experienced Charter Broker with the drive, commercial instinct, and ambition to win new business, proactively building client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. We'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
- Have the autonomy to develop your own client base, backed by our global reputation, extensive operator network, established databases, and an experienced team committed to your success.
- Generate new charter business through proactive outbound sales, networking, and relationship building.
- Build and grow your own portfolio of clients as well as utilize our existing database.
- Identify new market opportunities and convert prospects into repeat customers.
- Negotiate tailored charter solutions and take ownership of every flight from enquiry to completion.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences, managing every detail to ensure a seamless client experience that generates repeat business.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, airlines, and operators to deliver outstanding charter solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Support clients and operations.

What we're looking for
- Minimum 4 years' charter brokerage experience.
- Proven success in charter sales, outbound business development, and winning new business.
- A natural relationship builder with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service focus and meticulous attention to detail.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and deliver under pressure.
- Flexible approach to working hours, including participation in the out-of-hours duty rota.
