Charter Broker

Location: South East England (Hybrid)

About the Opportunity

We're partnering with a well-established international aviation business that delivers bespoke aircraft charter solutions to corporate, private, and government clients across the globe.

As the business continues to grow, they're looking to appoint an experienced Charter Broker to join their commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys winning new business, building long-term relationships, and operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

The Role

As a Charter Broker, you'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities while managing charter requests from initial enquiry through to successful flight completion. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively generating new business through outbound sales, networking, and relationship building.
  • Building and managing your own portfolio of clients across multiple sectors.
  • Managing the full charter process from enquiry through to successful completion.
  • Negotiating with operators to secure the most competitive charter solutions for clients.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service while maximising commercial opportunities and repeat business.
  • Developing strong relationships with both clients and suppliers.
  • Maintaining an active sales pipeline and consistently achieving commercial targets.
  • Representing the business at industry events and client meetings.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and market intelligence.

About You

You'll ideally have:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience within passenger aircraft charter brokerage.
  • A proven track record of winning new business and growing client accounts.
  • Strong commercial awareness with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing multiple charter movements simultaneously.
  • A genuine hunter mentality with a passion for sales and business development.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, resilient, and highly organised approach.
  • Knowledge of international charter operations and the wider aviation market.
  • An existing industry network would be advantageous.
