About Starflight Aviation

Founded in 1990, Starflight Aviation has been delivering bespoke private jet and helicopter charter solutions for over 35 years.

Our reputation has been built on exceptional service, meticulous attention to detail, and an uncompromising commitment to safety, security and discretion. Originally specialising in the music and entertainment industry, we now support a diverse international client base including Fortune 500 companies, high-net-worth individuals, family offices, sports teams, government officials and royalty.

With headquarters at Farnborough Airport, a regional office at Teterboro Airport (New York), and sales offices across Chicago, Florida, Phoenix and Washington DC, we provide global private aviation solutions 24 hours a day.

Location: Farnborough Airport (Office Based)
Salary: £50,000–£60,000 + Bonus (Dependent on Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Charter Manager to join our growing team.

This role is suited to someone with a minimum of two years' experience in private aviation charter sales or brokerage. You should already be confident managing aircraft charter enquiries from initial request through to completed flight, sourcing aircraft worldwide, negotiating with operators, and delivering exceptional service to high-value clients.

Working alongside the Senior Charter Manager and Director of Charter Sales, you will take ownership of the full charter lifecycle while building long-term client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

This is a fast-paced, commercial role where no two days are the same. You'll be working with prestigious clients who expect outstanding service, rapid responses and flawless execution.

Following your initial training period, you will join our shared out-of-hours duty rota, helping deliver Starflight's 24/7 global charter service.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
