Charter Sales Manager – Private Aviation

📍 Esher, Surrey | Full-time | On-site

Following a busy summer and continued growth, Arcadia Aviation is looking for an experienced Charter Sales Manager to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales professional with a strong background in private aviation who wants to take ownership of their role, develop their client base and grow alongside a fast-growing company.

The Role

As Charter Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing private jet charter enquiries from initial request through to confirmed booking and post-flight follow-up.

You’ll work closely with clients to understand their requirements, source the right aircraft, prepare competitive quotations and deliver the high level of personal service expected from Arcadia Aviation.

A major part of the role will also be business development. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, commercially minded and confident in generating new opportunities rather than simply waiting for enquiries to arrive.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
