CBRE's Project Management & Building Consultancy Department provides support for real estate owners and occupiers in all strategic and technical matters of their properties. Role Description
This is a full-time role based in our Belfast office. The Chartered Building Surveyor will conduct building surveys, evaluate property conditions, and oversee contract management tasks. The role involves preparing detailed feasibility studies, managing building maintenance programs, and handling dilapidations matters. The successful candidate will engage with clients to provide strategic advice and ensure high-quality project delivery while complying with legal and professional standards.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated proficiency in Building Surveying and Project Management
- Experience in strategic property-related advice
- Strong skills in Contract Management and oversight of building projects
- Knowledge and experience handling Dilapidations and maintenance liabilities
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
- Membership of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or similar professional body
