Chartered/Senior Building Surveyor Job London

Up to £75k DOE + Bonus

Hunter Dunning is working with a well-established specialist property consultancy with more than 30 years of experience. This opportunity sits within a recently established London Building Surveying team, with a strong pipeline of work already secured across varied professional Building Surveying instructions.

Your Experience

  • Proven track record delivering professional Building Surveying services across commercial property instructions
  • Experience with dilapidations and other professional Building Surveying instructions
  • Ability to undertake Contract Administration, TDD, Vendor Surveys, or Pre-Acquisition Surveys
  • Confidence leading instructions independently and managing client relationships
  • Existing client connections or ambition and ability to develop relationships
  • Motivation to contribute to business development and support growth
