About Our Client
We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, multi-disciplinary building consultancy known for delivering high-quality projects across a range of sectors. They're now looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their team and take the lead on projects of varying scale and complexity.
The Role
Having recently achieved (or being close to achieving) Chartered membership with RICS, you'll take ownership of projects from inception to completion, working with minimal supervision under the direction of a Project Lead. You'll manage service delivery across a range of clients and sectors including but not limited to Healthcare, Commercial, Education & Residential.

Key Responsibilities
- Take a brief from a client or manager and develop it into a design or package of work with minimal oversight
- Manage service delivery on multiple projects, including contract administration, procurement advice, site inspections, and general project management to budget and deadline
- Lead on Pre-Construction Information, identifying gaps and ensuring they're resolved
- Prepare, negotiate and submit statutory applications (planning, Building Regulations, Building Safety Gateways)
- Prepare and evaluate tender documentation and reports
- Support and mentor junior staff, apprentices and trainees
