Senior Building Surveyor

Our client is seeking an experienced MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor to support the management and transformation of a large UK-wide commercial property portfolio.

Key Requirements

  • MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor
  • Degree in Building Surveying
  • Commercial property or multi-site estate experience
  • Proven background delivering refurbishment, maintenance, and capital projects
  • Strong knowledge of Building Regulations, CDM, Health & Safety, Fire Safety, and Landlord & Tenant matters
  • Excellent stakeholder and contractor management skills
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally

What You'll Be Doing

  • Conducting site inspections and condition surveys
  • Managing reactive and planned maintenance activities
  • Delivering branch refurbishment projects from inception to completion
  • Monitoring contractor performance, budgets, and compliance
  • Providing technical surveying advice to key stakeholders
  • Supporting the ongoing transformation of a national property estate
