As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will undertake a varied role involving both professional and project-based surveying services across a broad range of sectors. You will work closely with clients, providing expert advice on building-related matters while managing projects from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Conducting building surveys and inspections
- Preparing technical reports and dilapidations advice
- Contract administration and project management
- Managing refurbishment and improvement projects
- Planned preventative maintenance surveys
- Defect diagnosis and condition assessments
- Party wall matters and statutory compliance advice
- Building relationships with clients and stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed

- Degree qualified in Building Surveying or a related discipline
- MRICS qualified
- Previous experience delivering both professional and project surveying services
- Strong knowledge of building construction, defects and maintenance
- Experience acting as Contract Administrator on refurbishment and construction projects
- Excellent report-writing and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and build strong client relationships
- Full UK driving licence
