The Role
- Lead the delivery of a diverse range of building surveying commissions across both professional and project work.
- Manage refurbishment, fit-out, maintenance and asset improvement projects from inception through to completion.
- Undertake building surveys, condition assessments, defect analysis and technical advisory services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while supporting business development activities.
- Mentor and develop junior surveyors within the team.
- Play an active role in the growth and success of the Bristol office and wider South West region.

About You
- MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor.
- Experience gained within a consultancy or commercial property environment.
- Strong technical knowledge across both project and professional surveying services.
- Confident client-facing professional with excellent communication skills.
- Commercially aware, proactive, and keen to contribute to business growth.
- Ambitious and motivated to progress your career within a growing consultancy.
