Job Description
Are you a Kent based Financial Adviser who is tired of sales targets? Are you being constantly pushed to write new business? Are you looking for servicing role which focuses solely on client outcomes? Are you Chartered or looking to study towards any advanced exams?
My client, a Chartered IFA who I have met and placed many staff with over the past 5 years, are seeking a brand new Senior Financial Planner to join their team and assist with the highest levels of client service. They manage c.£650m AUM across Kent, Sussex, London and surrounding areas with clients holding between £100k - £20m invested. Their Financial Planners offer a truly holistic financial advice to their clients with relationships going back 20+ years backed up by a very experienced team of administrators, paraplanners and compliance professionals. They have a very established network of solicitors and accountants who they work with who refer them new business opportunities and this is set to grow further with some very exciting plans for 2027 and beyond.

My client are seeking an established adviser who can service their existing book of clients and manage all the new enquiries they have coming in and also manage any recommendations and referrals. You will be expected to be office based to begin with but then some flexible working is available. An attractive benefits package is on offer and can be negotiated for the right candidate with a salary ranging from £80k - £120k.
