Chartered Project Manager | to £75,000 + package | London | Consultancy | Perm

There are plenty of Project Manager jobs in London.

There are considerably fewer where you can work with some of the most sophisticated investors, developers and property owners in the market, without disappearing into the machinery of a huge corporate consultancy.

We are working with a highly respected, independent property consultancy looking to strengthen its London Project Management team.

The work is excellent – predominantly commercial real estate, delivering refurbishment, repositioning, fit-out and development projects typically ranging from £1m to £50m.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • This is also about what comes next.
  • They want someone who can build relationships, become a trusted adviser to clients and play a genuine part in the continued growth of the team.
  • In return, you will join a successful independent consultancy where good people are visible, progression is encouraged and you won't simply become another name on an enormous organisation chart.
