Chartered Project Manager required in Bristol
This Permanent, Full-time role involves independent management of property and construction projects through planning, procurement, construction, completion and formal close-out.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects independently across multiple lifecycle stages
- Lead planning, procurement, risk management and project reporting
- Coordinate consultants, contractors and project stakeholders
- Control programmes, budgets, deliverables and project documentation
- Administer contracts and manage project changes

Requirements
- MRICS chartered status within an appropriate property or construction discipline
- Consultancy experience delivering property or construction projects
- Experience managing programmes, budgets, procurement and risk
- Experience coordinating consultants, contractors and stakeholders
- Experience with project documentation and formal contract management processes

Salary & Package
- Profit share bonus scheme and car allowance
- £45,000–£55,000 salary
- Pension contribution from 4.5% to 5%
