Job Title: Chartered Surveyor
Location: Hybrid – Mansfield, UK
Contract: 6 Months
We are seeking an experienced Chartered Surveyor to join our client on a 6-month contract based in Mansfield. This hybrid role involves providing professional property and land advice, supporting land acquisitions, undertaking due diligence, conducting site inspections, and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders to support project delivery.

- Acquire land and property interests to support operational programmes.
- Undertake site inspections and property due diligence.
- Assess property-related risks and provide recommendations.
- Negotiate with landowners, agents, local authorities, and stakeholders.
- Support property and land activities across multiple projects.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experience in property, land, or surveying.
- Strong knowledge of property due diligence and site inspections.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Desirable:
- RICS or CAAV membership.
- Experience in land acquisition, rural property, agriculture, or land management.
