Job Title: Chartered Surveyor

Location: Hybrid – Mansfield, UK

Contract: 6 Months

We are seeking an experienced Chartered Surveyor to join our client on a 6-month contract based in Mansfield. This hybrid role involves providing professional property and land advice, supporting land acquisitions, undertaking due diligence, conducting site inspections, and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders to support project delivery.

  • Acquire land and property interests to support operational programmes.
  • Undertake site inspections and property due diligence.
  • Assess property-related risks and provide recommendations.
  • Negotiate with landowners, agents, local authorities, and stakeholders.
  • Support property and land activities across multiple projects.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in property, land, or surveying.
  • Strong knowledge of property due diligence and site inspections.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

  • RICS or CAAV membership.
  • Experience in land acquisition, rural property, agriculture, or land management.
