Residential Chartered Surveyor
Retford, Nottinghamshire
Circa £60,000 OTE + Car Allowance/Mileage

Shillito Group are working exclusively with a highly regarded independent Chartered Surveyors practice based near Retford to recruit an ambitious Residential Chartered Surveyor.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Residential Chartered Surveyor, you'll be responsible for:
- Undertaking RICS Level 2 Homebuyer Reports.
- Completing RICS Level 3 Building Surveys.
- Carrying out Mortgage Valuations (subject to lender panel accreditation).
- Producing clear, accurate and RICS-compliant reports.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors and other professionals.
- Building and maintaining referral relationships across the local market.
- Identifying opportunities to support the continued growth of the practice.
- Representing the business professionally while helping maintain its excellent reputation.
About You
To be successful as a Residential Chartered Surveyor, you'll ideally have:
- MRICS qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience independently undertaking Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A personable and professional approach with clients.
- Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in contributing to the continued success of the business.
- A full UK driving licence and your own transport.
