Safeguarding Administrator and Student Wellbeing Support
We are seeking an empathetic Safeguarding Administrator and Student Wellbeing Support to join our dedicated safeguarding team at Charters School. In this vital role, you will work with a range of young people in supporting them to overcome barriers which may be impacting their school attendance and wellbeing.
Role Responsibilities
- Supporting Students: Work with young people to help them overcome barriers impacting their school attendance and wellbeing.
- Safeguarding Operations: Serve as the backbone of our safeguarding operations, providing high-level administrative support to the Safeguarding Team.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain safeguarding logs and policies, and liaise with external safeguarding agencies.
- Skills and Attributes: The ideal candidate will be a professional, confident, and enthusiastic team player with a calm and flexible “can do” attitude. A high degree of confidentiality is essential, with the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

Requirements
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
