About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chauffeur to join our esteemed organization and provide exceptional service to our Executive members. The ideal candidate will possess a polished appearance and a professional demeanor at all times.
In this role, you will be entrusted with the safe and timely transportation of our Executive team members, ensuring that their journeys are comfortable and punctual. Given the varied nature of the job, we require someone who is adaptable and willing to accommodate irregular and sometime unsociable hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating with Exec Team to establish optimal collection times and locations for key individuals.
- Assisting passengers with the loading and unloading of their belongings as needed.
- Selecting the most efficient routes using various GPS apps/technology, and real-time traffic updates, unless directed otherwise.
- Carry out recces of unfamiliar locations prior to a journey as and when required.
- Providing assistance to passengers when entering and exiting the vehicle if required.
- Executing collections and deliveries on behalf of the team upon request.
- Adhering to all road regulations at all times.
- Maintaining the vehicle in pristine condition and ensuring it is in excellent working order.
- Anticipating and addressing team members' questions and concerns.

Skills Required
- Valid driver's license.
- Proven experience as a chauffeur.
- Acquainted with GPS software and local traffic reports.
- Neat appearance.
- Ability to interact with clients in a warm, professional manner.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to work during evenings, on weekends, and on public holidays, as required.
- Confidentiality and discretion at all times.
