Executive Driver (to CEO) / Regional Support Assistant
Location: Wales – with travel around the UK to all locations.
Type: 40hrs- Full-Time
Salary: Excellent base salary + company car + Overtime.

The Role:
To provide professional, safe and reliable transport for the CEO across the Hallmark Luxury Care Homes estate and wider business locations. When not driving, the postholder will provide executive, operational and administrative support to the CEO and wider business, working closely with the Executive Assistant to the CEO and supporting a variety of practical business activities.
This role requires a highly organised, flexible, and trustworthy individual who is comfortable working independently, maintaining confidentiality and representing Hallmark professionally at all times. A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to adapt to changing priorities are essential as is confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
CEO Driver Duties
- Safely transport the CEO to and from business meetings, care homes, events and other engagements across the UK.
- Plan journeys efficiently, taking account of traffic, weather and travel schedules.
- Ensure the company vehicle is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, safety and roadworthiness.
- Conduct routine vehicle checks and manage servicing, MOTs and repairs.
- Assist with loading, unloading and transporting business materials when required.
- Remain flexible to accommodate changes to the CEO's schedule and travel requirements, sometimes at short notice.
- Provide a professional, courteous and discreet service at all times.
- Support with occasional evening and weekend travel requirements.
- Drive other members of the Executive Team where required and agreed by the CEO.

Executive & Regional Support Duties
When not engaged in driving duties:
- Provide practical support to care homes within the South West region and across the wider Hallmark estate as needed.
- Work closely with the Executive Assistant to the CEO to support business priorities, administration and logistics.
- Assist Regional Directors and General Managers with operational projects and home visits.
- Support audits, compliance visits and regional meetings as required.
- Help coordinate logistics for training sessions, events and leadership visits.
- Deliver and collect documents, equipment and supplies between homes.
- Assist with property, facilities and maintenance-related tasks where appropriate.
- Provide general administrative support to regional and executive teams.
- Undertake other reasonable duties that support the successful operation of the business.
Working hours will be Monday to Friday, with flexibility required. While a schedule will be provided, business priorities can change at short notice and the postholder must be able to adapt accordingly. Occasional evening and weekend working may be required. Weekend working will be discussed and agreed in advance based on business needs, where overtime will be paid where applicable.
What We're Looking For:
Essential Requirements:
- Full UK driving license with a clean driving record.
- Significant driving experience with a strong focus on safety and professionalism.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Flexible approach to working hours and travel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High levels of integrity, discretion and confidentiality.
- Comfortable working independently and using initiative.
- Good knowledge of South West England, South Wales and UK road networks.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to support a wide variety of tasks.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment where plans and priorities can change at short notice.
