Berkeley Scott is currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Chef to support a busy catering operation in the Beaconsfield area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a chef who enjoys working with fresh ingredients, maintaining high standards, and delivering quality food in a professional catering environment. You'll be joining an established team and will be expected to work efficiently while ensuring exceptional food quality, presentation, and customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting fresh meals to a high standard
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen
  • Ensuring all food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures are followed
  • Managing stock effectively and minimising waste where possible
  • Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
  • Working as part of a kitchen team to deliver a consistent and professional service

Candidate Requirements

To Be Considered For This Role, You Must Have

  • Previous experience working as a Chef in a professional kitchen
  • A good understanding of food safety and allergen management
  • The ability to work independently and remain organised during busy service periods
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A positive, flexible, and reliable approach to work

DBS Requirement

A valid Enhanced DBS Certificate for the Child Workforce is essential for this position.
