What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a Chef who knows their way around a kitchen, takes pride in what they put on the plate and is ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll ideally have:

  • Experience working as a Chef or in a similar-level role
  • A genuine passion for fresh, high-quality food
  • The confidence and ability to run your own section
  • An aptitude for leadership and a desire to help junior chefs develop
  • A positive, approachable attitude and a real team-player mentality

The Right to Work in the UK

What will you be doing?

As you’ll play an important role in keeping the kitchen running smoothly and ensuring every dish leaving the pass is something we can be proud of. You’ll:

  • Run your section confidently and maintain consistently high standards
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to keep service running smoothly
  • Lead by example and support and guide junior members of the kitchen team
  • Complete all required training within the agreed timescales
  • Follow and promote all food safety, health & safety, licensing and employment requirements
  • Make sure food safety standards are followed at all times
  • Bring energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude to every shift
