Gilmerton Care Home, located in the peaceful south of Edinburgh, offers exceptional residential, nursing, dementia, and respite care. Chef Contract
- Hourly Rate: 14.58 per hour
- Hours: Contracted to 30 hours per week
- Benefits: Paid PVG, pension and uniform provided
- Annual Leave: 5.6 weeks (based on a full-time contract)

What Matters Most
- Previous Experience: Essential experience working within a professional kitchen environment.
- Food Hygiene: Food Hygiene certification or understanding of food safety standards is beneficial.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently while supporting the wider kitchen team.
- Organization: Good organization skills with the ability to manage food preparation and maintain high standards.
- Professionalism: Reliable, professional, and hardworking approach with genuine passion for quality food preparation.
