WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Prepare and cook meals to set menus, ensuring quality and consistency
- Work alongside a team of chefs and enhanced inmates to deliver three daily meals
- Supervise and assist inmates in food preparation
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and complete due diligence paperwork
- Be a team player and handle challenges professionally
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Previous cheffing experience
- Ability to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
- Must have lived in the UK for the past 5 years and have the legal right to work
