Central Park Greyhound Stadium are looking for lively and hardworking people to join our staff.

Our team’s friendly attitude is reflected by the smiles on the customer’s faces from the moment they enter the stadium until the moment they leave.

If you're a talented chef looking for a 4-day working week, a varied role, and the chance to be part of exciting race days and events, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for a Part Time Chef to join our friendly kitchen team at Central Park Greyhound Stadium, working 32 hours across 4 days per week.

Whether it's preparing dishes for race nights, hospitality packages or special events, no two days are the same. You'll be part of an experienced team that takes pride in delivering great food and memorable experiences.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and cooking high-quality food across a variety of services
  • Supporting food service during race meetings, hospitality and special events
  • Maintaining the highest food hygiene and safety standards
  • Assisting with stock control and minimising food waste
  • Working closely with the wider team to deliver an excellent guest experience
