As a Chef at RAF Lossiemouth, you'll be part of a professional catering team serving one of the RAF's busiest operational stations. Supporting the personnel who help protect UK airspace and contribute to operations worldwide, you'll deliver high-quality food, showcase your culinary skills, and enjoy a varied, rewarding role within a supportive team environment.

What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing and cooking meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner – plus fine dining for special events.
- Working as part of a talented team and mentoring new colleagues.
- Managing stock, placing orders, and keeping kitchen records up to date.
- Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Supporting with kitchen deep cleans and due diligence paperwork.
What we’re looking for:
- A relevant culinary qualification (NVQ Level 1/Level 2 or equivalent).
- A confident chef who loves working as part of a team.
- Flexibility, creativity, and a passion for great food.
- Ability to pass security vetting and DBS checks (UK residency for the past 3 years required).
