Casual Chef – AFC Wimbledon Matchdays & Events (Aramark)

Now recruiting for the 2026/2027 season, join Aramark—the official culinary partner of AFC Wimbledon—as a Casual Chef for another year of matchdays and events!
About the Role
With Aramark, you’ll be part of the team that creates exceptional culinary experiences for every event. As a Casual Chef, you’ll:
- Take ownership of your designated kitchen section
- Deliver high-quality dishes while supporting a team that thrives on precision, creativity, and energy
Responsibilities
- Manage your designated kitchen section, ensuring dishes are produced and presented to the highest standard
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu execution and handling special requests
- Maintain organisation, cleanliness, and efficiency in your section
- Mentor and support junior team members where required
- Consistently adhere to food safety and hygiene procedures

Requirements
- Proven experience in a busy kitchen, ideally in professional catering, hospitality, or event environments
- Expertise in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to the highest standards
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain consistency and quality under pressure
- A genuine passion for food and commitment to culinary excellence
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
