At Harbour Healthcare, we believe great food is at the heart of great care. We’re looking for a skilled and motivated BANK Chef to lead our kitchen Riverside Court Care Home—a warm, friendly home where residents’ wellbeing comes first.
What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day kitchen operations
- Prepare fresh, nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs
- Plan menus that residents enjoy and look forward to
- Manage stock, suppliers, and budgets
- Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards
- Lead, support, and organise the kitchen team (rotas & supervision)
- Support events and special occasions within the home

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a care or similar environment
- Catering qualification
- Food hygiene certification
- Strong organisation and leadership skills
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
