- Proven background in high-volume catering and hospitality environments, managing varied shift patterns across daily food services, functions, basic stocktaking, cash handling, and routine administrative/IT tasks.
- Should have Core culinary competency—including basic cookery, food preparation, and knife skills—along with strict compliance with UK Food Safety and Health & Safety legislation.
- Preferred experience working in Defense Infrastructure, Public Sector Operations & Commercial Facilities Management (operating within structured defense site standards).
- Exceptional customer service standards, strong communication skills, strict adherence to personal hygiene and PPE, and a high awareness of site security and reporting protocols.
- Familiarity with defense catering standards, corporate safety systems, risk assessments, and site-specific operational orders.
