We’re on the lookout for a Chef de Partie who is ready to bring precision, creativity, and a love for exceptional food to our kitchen. As Chef de Partie, you’ll be responsible for running a section of the kitchen, maintaining high standards, and supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering outstanding dishes.
What You’ll Do:
- Run and maintain standards on your assigned kitchen section
- Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are upheld
- Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver high-quality dishes
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative kitchen environment

What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen
- A strong team player with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Passion for food, precision, and continuous improvement
