The Role
Join one of Central London’s most iconic historic venues as a Chef de Partie, delivering outstanding, high-end hospitality for an exclusive clientele. Set within a landmark location known for its tailored, boutique style, we are looking for a skilled, driven, and passionate chef with a refined background to elevate our culinary offerings across fine dining and bespoke events.
The Details
- Salary: £35,000 per annum (40-hour contract)
- Location: Central London (Historic Venue)
- Schedule: Full-time (Includes evening and weekend work as required)
- Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience within high-end hospitality and boutique settings

- As a Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of your section, delivering refined, high-quality dishes with precision and a personal touch.
- Work with premium, fresh ingredients to create visually stunning and exceptional-tasting food for daily boutique service and exclusive events.
- Collaborate closely with the senior kitchen team to maintain seamless service and high standards during busy services.
- Maintain rigorous food safety, allergy awareness, and kitchen cleanliness standards on your section at all times.
