Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and driven Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality dishes, maintaining standards of hygiene and safety. This role provides an excellent opportunity to grow within a structured kitchen environment and learn under the guidance of the executive chef.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items in your designated section with consistency and attention to detail.
  • Assist in the development of new dishes and menus.
  • Ensure all mise en place is completed before service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your station.
  • Follow kitchen procedures, food safety regulations, and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with other kitchen and service staff.
  • Support senior chefs with training and supervision of kitchen staff as needed.
  • Participate in stock control, deliveries, and inventory checks.
  • Minimise waste and contribute to efficient kitchen operations.
