What your day will look like?

You'll be responsible for running your different kitchen sections, preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, and ensuring every meal meets exceptional standards. Working alongside a passionate kitchen team, you'll manage mise en place, maintain outstanding food safety and hygiene practices, support junior team members, and deliver efficient service in a fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated chef who takes pride in producing excellent food, thrives under pressure, and is committed to creating memorable dining experiences for every guest.

What You’ll Bring?

The ideal candidate is a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie committed to delivering high-quality food and exceptional guest experiences. You'll be organised, reliable, and able to manage your own section confidently in a busy kitchen. With a strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards, you'll consistently produce outstanding dishes while working collaboratively as part of a team. A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to support junior chefs are essential, along with a genuine passion for hospitality.
