Join White Rabbit Hospitality as Chef de Partie | Rusacks St Andrews | OTE £16.20 per hour

Cook where golf's greatest stage meets Scotland's finest produce.

Rusacks St Andrews sits directly above the 18th fairway of the Old Course, one of the most recognised views in world sport. Behind that view is a kitchen with serious ambition: Scottish produce handled properly, menus that change with the season, and a brigade that cares about every plate leaving the pass. As Chef de Partie, you'll own your section in a kitchen that guests travel from across the world to eat in.

White Rabbit Hospitality is a fast-growing, multi-brand hospitality group with a vision to be the world's leading hospitality incubator. Rusacks St Andrews is one of our flagship properties, sitting alongside The Randolph Oxford, Graduate Cambridge, Lina Stores, and Kricket. For a chef who wants to build a proper career, this is a kitchen worth committing to.

This isn't a role where you'll be parked on one section and forgotten. You'll cook across à la carte, breakfast, events, and private dining, work with suppliers who deliver some of the best seafood, beef, and game in Scotland, and be pushed by senior chefs who want to see you progress. If you take pride in your mise en place and your plates, we want to hear from you.

Everything we do is grounded in four values: Hospitality is at our core, We do the right thing, We pursue excellence, and We are all entrepreneurs. These aren't wall art, they're how we work every single day.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
