Chef de Partie – Pre-Opening Team (Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch)
Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join the pre-opening team for this highly anticipated new luxury hotel opening later this year.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced luxury hospitality leader to join the founding team and help shape the guest experience at this landmark property.
Location & Proposition
Situated at the end of The Mall opposite Buckingham Palace, Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch offers:
- 100 elegant rooms and suites
- 17,500 sqft of private residences
- Two signature restaurants:
- Coreus by Clare Smyth
- Café Boulud by Daniel Boulud (introducing Michelin-starred cuisine)
- World-class spa
- State-of-the-art fitness facilities
- Grand event spaces, including a ballroom seating 320 guests

Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with senior management to develop and refine pre-opening operations
- Ensure hospitality standards align with Waldorf Astoria’s reputation for five-star luxury
- Support the integration of Michelin-starred chefs and signature culinary concepts
- Oversee training for kitchen teams to maintain consistency in service excellence
- Assist in achieving the hotel’s opening milestones, including food & beverage activation
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent in high-end hospitality
- Strong knowledge of Luxury hotel operations, particularly F&B standards
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, pre-opening environment
- Commitment to Hilton’s world-class service ethos
