Calling Chef de Parties! Earn up to £34K!

We’re recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join a large-scale media company serving up to 4,000 people daily across staff dining, hospitality, coffee bars, and events. This is a fast-paced, fresh-food operation with live cooking stations, rotating pop-ups, terrace BBQs, and regular events for up to 400 guests.

The role is ideal for a chef who enjoys high-volume cooking, working across multiple sections, and being part of a fun, energetic, and team-focused kitchen culture.

What you’ll be doing as a Chef de Partie:

  • Running a section within a busy fresh-food kitchen
  • Preparing and cooking high-volume breakfast and lunch service
  • Supporting live cooking counters and pop-up food concepts
  • Assisting with hospitality and event food preparation
  • Following recipes, specifications, and portion controls
  • Maintaining high food quality and consistency during service
  • Working closely with the wider kitchen team across different sections
  • Supporting terrace BBQs and seasonal food activations when required
  • Helping maintain food safety and kitchen standards at all times

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
