Chef de Partie Opportunity at The Punchbowl, Lapworth

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard, maintaining consistency and quality.
  • Assist with the smooth running of your section during busy service periods.
  • Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef with food preparation and service.
  • Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures are followed.
  • Help to develop and contribute to new dishes and seasonal menus.
  • Maintain stock levels and minimise waste through effective planning.
  • Inspect deliveries for quality and freshness, ensuring proper storage.
  • Take responsibility for maintaining a clean and organised workstation.
  • Contribute to team meetings and training sessions to enhance performance.

  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef in a fast-paced kitchen.
