About The Role
H&C Solutions seeks a Chef de Partie for a celebrated Notting Hill restaurant in London, offering refined British cuisine with Italian and Mediterranean influences. This permanent, full-time position pays a competitive salary of £40,000. The kitchen seats up to 60 guests during service, prioritising seasonality and craftsmanship over volume. You will manage your section, uphold rigorous standards, and collaborate on beautifully executed dishes. Working Sundays is required, with a structured rota. Ideal candidates possess solid experience in quality establishments, strong technical skills, and a genuine passion for creative cooking. Chef De Partie Benefits
- A competitive salary - £40,000
- Sunday & Monday off – working 45 hours per week

- Previous exposure to Italian / Mediterranean food is essential.
- At least 3 years experience working in a professional kitchen.
- All Chef de Partie applicants must have a stable employment history.
- We’re looking for a Chef de Partie who’s comfortable working in a small, hands-on team, confident running their own sections, and genuinely enjoys supporting the people around them. Someone steady, reliable, and happy to muck in wherever needed will fit in perfectly here.
