Chef de Partie

Sloane Square, Chelsea, London

We are looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a stylish, high-performing restaurant in the heart of Sloane Square. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious chef who takes pride in producing exceptional food, enjoys working with high-quality ingredients and thrives in a fast-paced, professional kitchen.

The Role

As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your section with confidence, consistency and attention to detail. Working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, you'll help deliver outstanding dishes while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene and kitchen organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing your section during busy lunch and dinner services
  • Preparing and cooking dishes to consistently high standards
  • Ensuring excellent presentation and attention to detail
  • Supporting the training and development of Commis Chefs and junior team members
  • Maintaining exceptional food hygiene and health & safety standards
  • Assisting with stock rotation, ordering and minimising food waste
  • Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to deliver smooth service
  • Taking pride in the cleanliness and organisation of your section
  • Contributing ideas and maintaining a positive team culture

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready for the next step
  • Is passionate about food and delivering consistently high standards
  • Has excellent knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and kitchen operations
  • Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Enjoys working as part of a professional team
  • Takes pride in producing exceptional dishes every service
  • Has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop
