CHEF DE PARTIE - CABIN BAR, BRISTOL AIRPORT

Pay Rate: £15.60 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing your rate of pay to £17.10 per hour. You will also receive additional service charge!

Hours of Operation: 11 am to 11 pm. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays. We pride ourselves on ensuring a great work/life balance, with days off together where possible and no split shifts.

About You

  • You thrive under pressure, love a challenge, and can rally a kitchen behind you.
  • A hands-on chef who keeps cool, stays positive, and leads by example.
  • 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.
  • Due to some responsibilities within the Chef de Partie role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

About the Chef de Partie Role

  • Lead and supervise the kitchen.
  • Assist with all administration for the kitchen, ensuring that it is completed according to all deadlines, including food hygiene records, stocktakes, wastage sheets and cleanliness records.
  • Support the Manager in the recruitment, induction and retention of the Kitchen Team.
  • Maintain the highest culinary standards whilst delivering excellence in every dish.
  • At least one year’s experience in a similar high-volume kitchen role is desirable.
