Chef de Partie – Young’s Pub & Rooms

We are looking for a strong and ambitious Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and work closely alongside an experienced Head Chef in a quality-driven environment. This is a great opportunity for a chef who is passionate about fresh food, eager to develop their skills and looking to progress their career within a supportive and professional kitchen.

What we’re looking for:

  • A confident CDP with solid experience in a fresh food kitchen
  • Someone organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
  • A genuine passion for cooking and learning from experienced chefs
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
  • A positive team player with a good work ethic

The role:

  • Running your own section during service
  • Supporting the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
  • Assisting with prep, stock rotation, hygiene, and kitchen organisation
  • Helping maintain high food standards and consistency
  • Contributing ideas and continuing to develop your skills
