Chef de Partie

£17.71 per hour
Join the team at London’s highest brasserie and take your culinary career to new heights at Larch. Work in a vibrant all day dining kitchen, while developing your skills in a supportive and energetic environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and delivering high-quality modern Italian dishes across breakfast, lunch and dinner service
- Taking ownership of your section in a fast-paced, professional kitchen
- Maintaining exceptional food hygiene, health and safety standards at all times
- Contributing to daily mise en place and ensuring a smooth and efficient service
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, or a talented Demi Chef de Partie ready for the next step
- Experience working in a high-volume, quality-led kitchen environment
- A genuine passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and modern Italian cuisine
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent teamwork skills
