Searcys are looking for a Chef De Partie to join the team at The Inner Temple.
The Honourable Society of The Inner Temple, situated on the banks of the Thames, is one of the few remaining Georgian-style event halls in the City of London. Combined with its stunning three-acre gardens, it offers a unique backdrop to a wide variety of events.
We are looking for a personable and passionate Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen Brigade. You will work across a range of prestigious events including conferences, banqueting, private dining, and weddings. Job Description
The Chef de Partie will work across The Inner Temple Hall and Events operation, supporting the delivery of exceptional food across a diverse range of events.
- Salary: £33,500 per annum
- Contract: 42.5 hours per week
- Working Pattern: 5 days out of 7, predominantly Monday to Friday, with occasional evening and weekend events paid as overtime.
One of the standout benefits of this role is the fantastic work-life balance. The venue closes for the entire month of August and over the Christmas period, providing an average of 9 weeks fixed holiday each year.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide food/service to a consistent high standard, including assisting senior chefs with functions in other different areas throughout the business.
- Responsible to manage stock levels of the section you are overseeing including ordering when required.
- Ensure the presentation of the food is consistent with the standards set by senior chefs.
- To ensure all Health, Hygiene, and Safety requirements are being adhered to.
- Any other reasonable request by the Senior Management.
