The Griffin Inn is a beautiful 16th-century country pub in the heart of East Sussex, known for quality seasonal food and genuine hospitality.
We're looking for a talented Chef de Partie, or an ambitious Commis Chef ready to take the next step, to join Head Chef Jakub and the team. If you enjoy working with fresh ingredients, take pride in every plate, and want to develop your career in a quality kitchen, we'd love to hear from you.

What we're looking for
- An experienced Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up
- Passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients
- A positive, hardworking team player with excellent communication skills
- Pride in producing consistently high-quality food
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- A willingness to learn, develop and progress within the business
